How Astrion works.
A calm, predictable cadence sharpened over many projects. Five phases, same shape every time, calibrated to your timeline.
Listen
Week 1 · DiscoveryEvery project starts with conversations. I meet your team, learn how the business actually works, and get clear on what success looks like, in the language you use, not technical jargon.
By the end of the first week you’ll have a short written brief: what’s being built, why, and how we’ll know it’s working.
Design
Weeks 2–3 · ShapeDesign comes before code. You’ll see sketches, then clickable prototypes, then near-final visuals, all reviewed with you in regular sessions.
This is where scope gets cut, the idea gets sharpened, and we make sure the thing about to be built is actually the right thing.
Build
Weeks 4–8 · MakeThe code gets written hands-on, by me. Weekly cycles, something visible to review every week, no black box.
Every change is tested before it lands, and explained in plain English in the weekly note.
Launch
Week 9 · ShipLaunches happen in calm, measured steps. Soft launches, beta users, gradual rollout, whatever fits the situation. Big-bang launches are a choice, not a default.
You get full access, full ownership, and a clear handover document covering everything from accounts to passwords.
Support
Ongoing · Look afterSoftware isn’t done at launch. I stay on through a small monthly retainer, quietly monitoring, fixing, and improving the things that matter.
If you grow an internal team and want to take over, the handover is clean. No lock-in, no drama.
